Stuart R. Page
Stuart is the Managing Director of Page Associates and oversees the
Company’s investigative and security consulting requirements for clients
worldwide.
Stuart served as a career police officer with London’s Metropolitan Police,
where he saw service with Scotland Yard’s Anti Terrorist Squad and Special
Branch. He is an extremely experienced international investigator with
numerous successful fraud and product counterfeiting investigations to his
credit. With over twenty years in the commercial security industry, Stuart
has extensive hands-on experience in the conduct of security threat
assessments and crisis management programming, together with the planning
and execution of executive protection programmes.

Colin Holder
Colin is the Investigations Director, and is personally responsible for the
management and direction of all investigations conducted worldwide.
Colin joined the Company after a thirty year career with London’s
Metropolitan Police, where he retired as a Detective Sergeant in the Fraud
Squad. During much of the last ten years of his service with the police,
Colin was seconded to the Serious Fraud Office, where he participated in
several specialised investigations involving international arms and oil
shipping frauds. He is considered to be one of the worlds leading experts
on ‘Advance Fee’ fraud, and has spoken at numerous conferences and is a
published author on the subject. In 2001 he created the ‘Metropolitan
Police Fraud Alert’ web-site as well as the ‘Fraud Alert’ notices, which
have been adopted by several Western Police Services. During his service,
Colin conducted multi million pound fraud and money laundering
investigations in over 25 countries, and was the recipient of 11 Police
commendations for his work.

David Tomlinson
David is the Security Operations Director, and is responsible for planning
and execution of the Company’s global security
operations.
David joined the Company shortly after its inception, and is a recognised
expert in all aspects of Close Protection. He has planned and led security
operations throughout the world, and has a wealth of experience not only in
protective services at the highest level, but the effective implementation
of risk management practices. He has significant operational experience in
former ‘Iron Curtain’ countries, together with Africa and South America. He
played a key role in the Security Planning Team for the International Heads
of Government Summit in Dakar, Senegal, and manages a growing number of
Protection Teams deployed on long term assignments with diplomatic missions
in high risk countries.

Michael Llewellyn-Jones
Michael is the Regional Director MEA, based in Dubai, and oversees the
Company’s investigative and security consulting requirements for clients in
those regions.
Michael joined the Company following a successful thirty-year career as an
independent commercial security consultant, the last thirteen years of which
he has worked almost exclusively in the international oil and gas industry.
He served with the Royal Military Police before becoming an investigative
researcher in Southeast Asia, and later joined a UK consultancy where he
headed their European Special Services division. He is recognised for his
extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of risk management issues in
diverse business and global environments, and developing practical solutions
to security problems. Michael also brings with him a wealth of experience
in the development of emergency and crisis management planning, together
with associated training, and considerable practical experience in the
execution of such plans.
